Welcome to my virtual kitchen table!

I initially created Cucina Chatter as a blog to accompany my humorous cultural tome “Gravy Wars | South Philly Foods, Feuds & Attytudes.” Having spent a lifetime behind the microphone, it was only natural that I expand my social media platform to broadcast. Every week we gather nella cucina (in the kitchen) and chat. Our discussions vary as broadly as the conversations around your kitchen table but it always comes back to the food!

I invite intriguing guests to the table. They may be professional chefs, authors, entertainers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, etc. Past guests have included: TV personality and author Janet Zappala, Sal Scognamillo of New York’s famous Patsy’s Italian Restaurant, Founder of Boston’s Myers & Chang and author Joanne Chang, “The eBay Power Sellers Manual” author Skip McGrath, TV political commentator Chris Freind, DE Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell, Actor Peter Defeo, and many others.

My Cucina Chatter radio show also features a unique cast of characters, experts in their respective fields, who are as informative as they are entertaining.
