Highly accomplished people are so inspiring and they always have amazing stories. Take my recent Cucina Chatter guest, Marie Cisterino Ludwig. She’s a TV personality, the mother of three children, two of whom have special needs, and the founder of Stephanie’s House, a home for autistic adults. The charity was borne of the need to find a way in which Marie’s daughter, Stephanie, could get the 24/7 help she needs yet live independently as an adult with autism.
Stephanie’s House is Marie’s passion and mission. Her story is incredible and her drive is uplifting. In an hour, I managed to get a lot of Marie’s back story, but somehow I think I only scratched the surface. Listen to the podcast and let me know what you think.
And look for Marie on the cover of Taste of Home magazine. She was crowned Mrs. Holiday this year. As such, she will add her culinary and craft skills to each issue.
Mangia & Enjoy!
