Steps To Good Health

On this week’s radio program, you will hear a portion of my interview with Kim Cirucci and Denise Ciliberti. If you follow this post regularly, you will see that I’ve already posted that segment but the podcast attached to this post is the entire show. You see, after replaying the audio of Kim telling her story, I brought on a guest who, like Kim, decided to turn a bad situation into something positive.

Peggy Bradford needed to lose weight. An unfortunate health situation sent her into premature menopause and the “obligatory” hormone drugs that go along with it. This unnatural path was the beginning of an out-of-control downward spiral. Peg mustered up the energy and courage to retake control of her life and in one year, she’s inspired thousands to do the same through her Facebook group “Steps to Good Health.”

It’s not a business, it’s not a non-profit. It’s simply an online support forum that Peggy started. She invites you to participate as well. Oh, and btw: Peg abandoned the hormone supplements and created her own diet and exercise plan (stepping) that includes nightly ice cream, and in just a year she released 75 pounds! Where there’s a will, there certainly is a way!

Dr. Write, Jim Vanore, lightens up the mood even more with his rant about feeding birds.

Paul Perrello shares a Cup of Espresso with Randy Jackson of American Idol.

Finally, Dominic Condo gives us the skinny (literally and figuratively) on the Italian cook/dietician responsible for feeding the Fightins’.

Mangia & Enjoy!
